Nje 43 vjecar nga Burreli, i identifikuar me emrin Defrim Valteri, i ndodhur me pushime ne Ksamil pas nje zhytje te gabuar ne det, ka hasur ne shtrese rere dhe per rrjedhoje ka pasur thyerje te shtylles kurrizore.
Ne termat mjekesore, atij i eshte shkaktuar sipas diagnostikimit “fraktur me luksacion vertebra c4-c5 cervikale me pareze te plote te ansive te siperme dhe te poshtme”.
Pas ndihmes se pare ne Ksamil ne oren 16-45’ eshte transportuar me helikopter ne Tirane. Per kete rast ka ardhur vet Drejtori i pergjithem i urgjences kombetare DR Skender Brataj me infermiere te urgjences Kombetare.
