Saranda priti për të dytin vit radhazi notarë nga vende të ndryshme të botës për të marrë pjesë në garën ndërkombëtare që nisi në brigjet e Butrintit për të përfunduar në brigjet e Korfuzit.
Ishin rreth 70 notarë nga vende të ndryshme të Europës dhe nga Italia e Zelanda e Re që janë bërë pjesë këtë vit.
Drejtori i Agjencisë Kombëtare e Bregdetit, Auron Tare, njëheraz organizator i kalimit me not të ngushticës së Korfuzit, publikoi sot pamje me dron nga kjo garë ndërkombëtare.
After a successful day it is time to thank everyone involved in the Albania Overboard Swimming Event Corfu Channel crossing. Both Nick Cookson and Nick Lemis, Nancy Tare who deals with Albanian bureaucracy, All the guys in Corfu who helped to keep the swimmers safe in the middle of the Corfu Channel in particulary my great old friend Leighton Mitchel who is a great supporter, The life guards who came from Igumenica i believe the Greek coastguard, the Albanian local media and in particular the Albanian Border Patrol who came so early to be present and escorted all the swimmers to the other side of the Chanel. For all who do not know the significant of this event I would like to ad that during the communist times many Albanians tried to escape from this point and many did not make it. Either shot or drown. It is wonderful now that this 2 miles wide channel who once divided two worlds can be a bridge of communications and relations between both shores of Corfu Channel. Thank you all who made it possible
